It was celebrations all round last Wednesday evening 10th March 2010 at the ACE Training FETAC Awards ceremony. A number of people arrived in the early evening  and enjoyed attractive nibbles, wine and refreshments.

Proceedings commenced with a short introduction from Bernadette Farrell O’Neill from ACE Training. She congratulated all who attended on their hard work and said she was delighted these achievements could be celebrated and recognised with FETAC.  She emphasized the evening was about the Trainees, but thanked the ACE Trainers and  the ACE Administration Team who made the evening possible. She thanked Siobhan McCabe from FETAC and Uisneach Catering for providing the food and refreshments for the evening.

Siobhan McCabe from FETAC spoke about diversity and progression in education and how important training is in the current economic environment. Siobhan commended the Trainees on their achievements and commitment to their own personal development and education. She praised ACE Training’s mission to provide useful training where people can learn useful skills and techniques which can be applied in the real world.

On the night, eleven people were awarded FETAC Component Certificates in a wide range of subjects including FETAC Level 6 Train the Trainer, FETAC Level 5 Start Your Own Business, FETAC Level 5 Marketing,  FETAC Level 6 Finance and FETAC Level 3 Personal & Interpersonal Skills.
