Congratulations !! to all those who recently received their FETAC certificates from the May 2010 roll period. We were delighted to distribute certificates for Finance FETAC Level 6, Train the Trainer FETAC Level 6 and Personal and Interpersonal Skills FETAC Level 3.

2010 has been a busy year so far. We are settling in nicely to the restored Harbour Buildings, Kilbeggan, Co. Westmeath.

Helena continues to deliver excellent training in finance, accounting and taxation, whilst Melanie delivered a very popular Certified Time Management and Assertiveness course recently. Nikki is currently delivering a programme in Employment Law – What Your Need to Know! She is imparting valuable, useful information to small businesses. Bernadette continues to concentrate on Start Your Own Business and is looking forward to the season ahead.

This year we have introduced a new element to the Start Your Own Business which is our guest speaker, Colm O’Brien from Carambola Kidz in Limerick. Colm has been through many different business adventures (including Bewley’s cafe in Limerick) and now runs the highly successful Carambola in Limerick. Colm tells his story and shares the lessons he has learned with our SYOB Trainees and so far he is very popular.

NEW COURSE SCHEDULE:

Our next Train the Trainer course will commence on 01 October 2010 and will run for 6 training room days, (all Fridays) so will finish on 05 November. This is an excellent course and a recognised qualification for application to the FAS/EI NRT.

We have organised another course in administering Thesaurus Payroll to be delivered over two mornings on 01 & 08 November. In addition, we are organising a Certified Time Management and Assertivenedd course for 17 & 24 November.
